Your clinical records are securely stored using Cliniko, our practice management software.

- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
We may use secure AI-assisted clinical documentation software to help prepare consultation notes. Any AI-generated documentation is reviewed, edited where necessary, and approved by your treating osteopath before it becomes part of your health record.
Disclosure of your information
With your consent or where required by law, we may disclose your information to:
- Your GP or other healthcare providers
- Specialists or imaging providers
- DVA, insurers, WorkCover or third-party compensable bodies
- Government agencies where legally required
We do not sell or disclose your personal information for marketing purposes.
